Third party delivery can be a nightmare, and there are thousands of public testimonies that agree. Working with Jimmy John’s we wanted to make a statement about quality and dedication so we swore off third party delivery for good. We promised our customers that their sandwiches would be made and delivered by Jimmy John’s and only Jimmy John’s. We rolled out this announcement with a series of digital spots that were comprised of hundreds of real tweets about the trials and tribulations of third party delivery. We then supported these spots with a number of out of home boards and wild postings.

Our delivery promise was then transformed into a large street level wild postings so that you could walk up and read the hundreds of personal third party nightmare stories we gathered. We also created a series of traditional out of home boards that continued to make our new promise heard.
